Privacy Policy

This page explains, in plain language, how the Smytex website (smytex.com.br) handles visitors' information. We comply with the LGPD — Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law no. 13,709/2018).

The data controller is Smytex Soluções Tecnológicas LTDA, registered in Brazil under CNPJ (company tax ID) no. 68.333.185/0001-90, with its registered office at Av. Cristóvão Colombo, 2144, sala 408 — Floresta, Porto Alegre/RS, CEP 90.560-001, Brazil. Our operations run from Sertãozinho/SP, Brazil. We're the ones you talk to about anything on this page — contact details at the end.

What we collect (spoiler: almost nothing)

• Browsing: this site is a showcase — no sign-up, no login and no form asking for personal data beyond the contact form below.
• Contact: when you use the quote form or email us, the information you send (your name, email, WhatsApp and message) is used only to reply to you and handle your request — nothing else. Fields marked optional can be left blank.
• Where you came from: if you arrived through an ad or campaign link, we store its source (UTM parameters) in your browser and send it along with your request, so we know which channel you found us through. It doesn't identify you.
• Visit measurement: if you accept the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they see. These are statistics — we don't use them to identify you. If you decline, no analytics cookie is created.
• How the pages are used: also with your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity, which builds heatmaps (where people click and how far they scroll) and records page navigation so we can find what is confusing or broken. Whatever you type into form fields is masked, and we don't use this to identify you. If you decline, none of it is loaded.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) may record technical access data (such as IP address) for security and to keep the site running, like any server on the internet.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. The only possible cookies are the measurement ones (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), and they only exist if you accept the notice. You can change your mind anytime via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. Your accessibility preferences (text size, contrast, cookies) are stored only in your browser — they never reach us.

Third-party services this site uses

• Vercel — website hosting.
• Google Analytics — visit measurement, only with your consent.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and navigation recording to improve the site, only with your consent.
• Resend — delivery of the contact-form messages to our inbox.
• Smytex Hub — our own customer-service system, where your request is recorded so it can be answered and followed through.
• VLibras — the Brazilian government's sign-language translator (vlibras.gov.br), loaded to make the site accessible to deaf users.

We don't sell or rent visitors' data. Period.

Your rights (LGPD)

You can request access, correction or deletion of any personal data we may hold (for example, an email you sent us), as well as information about how it was used. Just write to suporte@smytex.com.br — we'll reply as soon as possible.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, this page will be updated and so will the date at the top.
