These are the terms for using the Smytex website (smytex.com.br). Browsing here means agreeing to them — and we made a point of writing them without unnecessary legalese.
1. What this site is
An institutional website: it presents what Smytex does (websites, online stores, systems and custom apps) and the work already delivered. The content is informational and is not a closed commercial proposal — quotes are agreed case by case, in writing.
2. Brand and content
The texts, visual identity, the Sx mark and this site's code belong to Smytex. The names and brands of the projects shown in the Work section (e.g. client stores and systems) belong to their respective owners. Don't copy or use any of it commercially without permission.
3. Links to other sites
The Work section links to client websites, which have their own terms and policies. Smytex is not responsible for their content.
4. Availability
We work to keep the site fast and always online, but — like any internet service — it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.
5. Privacy
How visitors' data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and jurisdiction
These terms may be updated (the date above indicates the current version). Brazilian law applies, and the courts of Sertãozinho/SP, Brazil, are the venue for any matter related to this site.
