Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 3, 2026

We believe a well-built site is a site everyone can use. This page lists this site's accessibility features and how to use them — and how to tell us if something is hard for you.

Available features

  • Brazilian Sign Language (VLibras): the blue button on the right edge activates the Brazilian government's official translator, which interprets the content in Libras with a 3D avatar.
  • High contrast: the ◐ button in the bottom-left corner switches to a reinforced-contrast mode (darker background, lighter text, no textures).
  • Text size: the A− / A+ buttons in the bottom-left corner increase and decrease the site's text by up to 2 levels. The preference is saved in your browser.
  • Keyboard navigation: every link and button is reachable with Tab, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Reduced motion: if your system is set to “reduce motion”, the site respects it: animations are turned off and content appears directly.
  • Semantic structure: hierarchical headings, alternative text on images and semantic HTML for screen readers.

Our commitment

We aim to follow the international WCAG 2.1 guidelines (level AA) and the Brazilian government's eMAG good practices. Accessibility is ongoing work — this site is reviewed and improved over time.

Found a barrier?

If any part of the site is hard or impossible for you to use, tell us at suporte@smytex.com.br. We'll fix it — for real.
